I have absolutely no context for this story. Details are scarce and I speak not a word of Norwegian. However, this much is clear:  A man in Norway really, really wanted his penis to appear on live television. So much so, that he was willing to risk life and limb to do so — or at least "arrest" and "a very severe case of frostbite."

And he succeeded. Like the little pervert that could. The best part by far comes after the initial flash, when he somehow leaps to what seems an improbable height — just so the viewers at home can get a look at his butt.
