The term “casual gamer” gets tossed around by everyone from Best Buy employees to Bill Keller. It references the growing market of people across all demographics who are only just starting to purchase and play videogames. It’s a misleading term, though, because nigh on every single person who has ever touched a computer has played one game: solitaire.
