Jason Schwartzman gets naked in iPad ad for "The New Yorker"

This is quite an unusual move for the esteemed Condé Nast publication. Cigarette smoking, morning drinking, moustaches, sideways ballcaps, and nudity are just a sampling of what Jason Schwartzman delivers in this new ad for the The New Yorker's iPad app.

The two-minute long video was directed by Roman Coppola and is, honestly, pretty entertaining:

Now it's only a matter of time until The Economist gets Adrien Brody to star in their ironic commercial.

I wonder if you subconsciously mentioned Adrian Brody because Schwartzman's mother played Adrian in the Rocky movies.

Except it's "Adrien" Brody, not "Adrian" Brody. No biggie.

Did Wes Anderson get him to wear those sunglasses he's wearing on the front page?

That was quick, thank you.
