Samuel L. Jackson is now on Twitter, nothing will ever be the same
By Virginia SmithOctober 12th, 2011, 9:45 amComments (8)Just kidding, nothing will be too different other than the internet having something to talk about for the next day or so. But still, as far as famous people on Twitter, I'll take him over Courtney Stodden any day.
Anyway, with the help of internet-whisperer Jimmy Fallon, Jackson joined Twitter last night, and is wasting no time being super Samuel L. Jackson-y. Hence, it gets a little blue:
How delightfully in character! Encouraged by the nearly 80,000 followers he gained overnight, Jackson added:
Heartwarming stuff - Jackson is truly giving the people what they want.

It takes more effort to type his retarded ebonics then to just write it straight.
And more time to translate....
2/10. You get 1 point for the troll, and 1 point for not going too over the top.
@fistix That is the most incredibly racist thing I have ever seen in a comment on Hooksexup. Why shouldn't he write informally on his own Twitter in a dialect spoken by millions of people? Most people don't follow all the rules of standard English grammar (and lord knows not the spelling) when they tweet - or do you consider the language they use to be "retarded" as well?
Or is it that "straight" (by which I assume you mean "upper-class white") English is easier for YOU to read and write, thus it must be the same for everyone? Maybe you should get off your high, bigoted horse and find some empathy.
The troll. You are feeding him.
Note to Editors: You really really really really need to do something about the quality of the comments here. Individual accounts, mandatory waiting periods to post comments, host-based filtering...please!
Well, I am not a troll, and I am a black American. And my parents educated me well enough not to speak stereotypical gibberish.
I remember in college when I took a linguistics class and they tried to legitimize ebonics...and yes, I felt like a retard having to read that shit.
So there...I'm not a an 'upper-class white'...a very middle-class (class systems wtf) who happens to be educated.
Empathy for Samuel L.!? I have empathy for the idiots that follow his tweets!
And I am not lying, nor am I a troll.
Not.
I believe fistix like I believe those who say Hitler was a British agent, employed by the Royal family to target the Jews of Europe for... (at this point do you REALLY care to know what for? I mean is it going to make the slightest bit of difference to the plausibility of matters?)
It's racist of you all not to believe me.
Why is it hard to believe that I could be telling the truth?
'Black people don't think this way?' 'They all love Sam Jackson' '
Black people aren't educated or speak well...or if they are/do they become president'
You all are more racist than the trolls!
Now you say something
