Jane Fonda is one of the few actresses from the Golden Age who we can still look back at and drool. (There are maybe three or four, and Marilyn Monroe and Rita Hayworth are two of them.) Of course, it doesn’t hurt that she looks smashing for a 71-year-old. Her secret? Great sex.
She says she owes her youthful beauty to the following:
“I owe 30 per cent to genes, 30 per cent to good sex, 30 per cent because of sports and healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition and for the remaining 10 per cent – I have to thank my plastic surgeon.
“I’m 71 and physically don’t feel so good since I’m in pain. But I’m happier, the sex is better and I understand life better. I don’t want to be young again.”
Oh, right… the plastic surgery. Well, we’ll just pretend that’s all below the neck, because she looks naturally pretty in this Telegraph story:
Also, how hot is it that she’s known to wear a corset? Just think– Merchant and Ivory do Barbarella, starring Jane Fonda. That would’ve been mind-blowing.
“I just had surgery on the spine and can only run with a solid corset,” she said.
“I also have a new knee and a new hip made of titanium. I’m slowly falling apart and feel like a walking spare parts depot.
“I had to have it all repaired because I want to climb the Himalayas. And at 8,000 metres, my body has to run smoothly.”
