There’s been a lot of buzz the past few weeks about Starbucks’ acquisition of Clover, the makers of incredibly pricey, incredibly excellent coffee brewers. Because of the merger, and installation of Clover 1s’ in all Starbucks store, you sadly can no longer purchase a machine from authorized retailers.
What makes these machines so special? Well, they brew coffee better than pretty much any machine in existence. Specifically designed to create a single cup of coffee for the café experience, the Clover 1s maintains brewing temperature, among several other things, to brew the perfect cup of coffee every time.
Since Starbucks has taken them off the market, there’s not a lot of time to grab one. I did find two available. A used one on eBay, and a new one at an online store. You can also check out Clover’s website, and do a call to their resellers… Maybe they have them in stock? The clover doesn’t come cheap, but then, isn’t your coffee worth it?
