Going down?
You may be surprised that this isn't an elevator door in some European boutique hotel. It's actually part of an art exhibit by Stefan Sagmeister at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Philadelphia.
The installation, entitled Happy Show, depicts Sagmeister's "attempts to increase his happiness via mediation, cognitive therapy, and mood-altering pharmaceuticals." Using multiple mediums, Sagmeister examines the way that culture and society have affected design and innovation.
The door, part of the "sex" section of the exhibit, is just one piece of an exploration of how much sex and society's view of sex affects your individual happiness.
