Bar Refaeli, Leonardo DiCaprio's girlfriend, is the 2009 Sports Illustrated cover girl. And we have the photo evidence to prove it...

Bar, who is a 23-year-old Israeli model, has been dating the movie star for three years and the publicity they've received has launched her career. The announcement of her selected for the SI cover made the Time.com homepage this morning and MTV recently announced she will be on the revamped House of Style reality show.

Oh yeah, and there's that persistent rumor of her engagement and impending marriage to Leonardo DiCaprio, who recently said planning for this year's Oscars is like planning for his "wedding."
