It might have taken a year, but the ‘behind the sex’ film will be in theaters near you.

James Franco’s fetish documentary Kink is getting (a wider) release thanks to Sundance. The producer signed a distribution deal with MPI Pictures to bring it to a theater near you. The film follows the business end—by which I mean the pornographers’ 9-to-5-workday—of Kink.com, the world’s largest pornography producer with BDSM themes. The funny thing is that Franco's doc didn't premiere at the Sundance Film Festival that is wrapping up now. It came out at last year's festival.
