Watch: Trailer for "The Beaver" recut to include Mel Gibson rant

While there's a healthy number of people excited about the impending release of The Beaver, the Jodie Foster-directed movie in which Mel Gibson plays with a puppet, there's still a probably healthier number of people who are all like, "Wait, are we already over the dude's documented anti-Semitism, misogyny, and racism?"

It's hard to separate the art from the artist, and the following clip doesn't even try. Nay, it instead merges the trailer for The Beaver with select clips from Mel Gibson's personal life. In a way, it's the internet-meme version of the proverb, "Forgive, but never forget."
