Wayne Coyne and the rest of the merry band of lunatics that make up The Flaming Lips are recording a song that's six hours long, and you can pay them some money to get your name mentioned in the lyrics.

The song, "Found a Star on the Ground," isn't a self-indulgent excuse for the band's fans to cough up $100 just to hear their name sung from Coyne's golden throat: it's a benefit for the Central Oklahoma Humane Society and the Academy of Contemporary Music and the University of Central Oklahoma. So that's actually kind of nice.
