A person or persons with too much time on their hands have taken on a project that may never end: proofreading Craigslist's Missed Connections posts.
Missed Corrections is the product of a "pretentious academic, judging you from behind the safe glow of my MacBook." You: the unsuspecting public, unaware that a snotty copyeditor/English professor is lurking in the margins, waiting to strike with an angry red pen.
And either they live in Philadelphia and therefore troll the Philly MC more than others or Pennsylvania has the worst spellers and writers in America, since most of these corrected posts are set there.
