Amanda Seyfried's Mysterious (And Hot) Photo Spread

Amanda Seyfried has some very beautiful new photos circulating around the net, though no one seems to know where they came from. Santa?

The Big Love and Jennifer's Body star is currently one of my favorite people, having recently passed Rachel McAdams and Lizzy Caplan in the "People From Mean Girls Who Are Awesome" race. (Hear that, you two? The gauntlet has been thrown.) While Tina Fey holds a perpetual lead, Seyfried is not playing around. First and foremost, the girl can act - look at the range of her performances in Mean Girls, Big Love, and Veronica Mars and it is pretty obvious. Also, when I get tired, my stream of consciousness just becomes a constant loop of her voice as Karen, the dumbest member of the Plastics.

But I seriously love how she can rock both a goofy, nerdy look and a super-glam one as well. As you can see in the pictures below.

It's almost enough to make me forget about that horrible Photoshop calamity on the poster for Mamma Mia that turned her into some kind of snake-necked monster!

(Also - is it just me, or does she really resemble Ingrid Bergman? I smell a Casablanca remake! (Sidenote to the universe: no, please don't do that.))
