    Hot Or Not: Tina Fey In Esquire

    Last time we saw Tina Fey on the cover of a magazine, it was for last month's Vogue, and people were like "Too skinny! Not funny! Boo Tina!" It's an interesting phenomena: We love to put Fey on a pedestal for being a hot, funny actress (usually those two things are mutually exclusive), but if she's too hot and not in her frumpy Sarah Palin/Liz Lemon persona, we demonize her for buying into the Hollywood hype. Hopefully with this new Esquire cover, Fey proves (once again) that you can be both an attractive woman and someone who we can look up to as a comedic role model. More pics after the jump.

    Hot, always, but again, too much make-up (and that dress is not her friend). She doesn't have to be Liz or Sarah or Weekend Update Anchor, but she shouldn't try for bombshell model. Simply being pretty, in good shape, smart and funny will do it for me every time.

    I would have to agree she's way too made up. She has an appeal that is ruined by the aesthetic these pics are going for, so I'd have to say NOT. Most of the time, she's hot though.
