Former Deadly Viper Assassination Squad member and occasional Fitty GF Vivica A. Fox might be wishing she could actually murder people right about now. Namely an ex- who, it's alleged, filmed her surreptitiously while receiving oral favors.

Atlanta blogger Sandra Rose contends that the cad captured the intimacy with his cell phone and that he later e-mailed friends the footage of Fox "on her knees." One of those friends forwarded the e-mail to Fox, who has sought advice from "a friend at the Atlanta Police Department," according to Rose.

Fox is denying the report through her mouthpieces, but an Atlanta DJ who's a "close friend" of hers is confirming the story. If we find a copy online, we'll let you know.
