Today in unecessary anxiety: American Idol producers are toying with the idea of bringing British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen on board to take part in the upcoming season finale. It seems this news has ruffled some feathers of those skeptical that SBC can make a public appearance without saying/doing something grossly inappropriate for network television. We can't imagine what they mean...
"We're talking about Sacha Baron Cohen doing something. The trouble is he always goes a little bit off the rails, and we've got to be very careful. It's a family show," executive producer Ken Warwick told the paper. Earlier, he said the same thing
