Today over 100 prominent Republicans signed a brief urging congress to codify legislation providing equal rights to marriage for gay couples. Though any movement towards equality is a step forward, we couldn't help but notice that very few of the Republicans on the list are actually in office.

So we wondered what the front-runners of the Republican party, those most likely to garner the Presidential nomination in 2016, fell on the question of marriage equality. What did we find?
