Naked Sleepwalkers

Sleepwalker Donal Kinsella just won Ireland's biggest-ever libel case in what might be construed as a victory for sexual harassers everywhere.  Here's how the incident in question went down. Kinsella, a business executive wandered into his secretary's hotel room on a business trip in the middle of the night not once, not twice, but three times -- stark naked. According to accounts he was sent back to bed by his manager.

His company, Kenmare Resources later issued a press release saying the firm was seeking his resignation over the incident. The press release also claimed "something juicy" occurred and that he tried to "jump" his secretary, making it the most salacious inter-office memo this side of Mad Men.

Appalled at the accusations of sexual harassment Kinsella sued and won 10 million Euros (that's about 15 million American dollars). The Dublin company however plans to appeal. Kinsella said he felt "exhilarated and vindicated" by the verdict. Looks like he can sleep easy now.

I'm naked. I'm asleep. I get out of bed. I find my way to the door. Oh god, where's my key? I stumble around the room, looking for the key. Oh, here it is. I stick it in the crack of my still-asleep ass. Out the door I go. Wander over to my workmate's hotel door. Bang. Bump. Grind. "Not tonight, I have a headache." I drunk-stumble back to my door, yank the key out of my still-asleep ass, enter my room. Turn around. Open the door again... and on and on and on three times. Yeah, right. I'm sleepwalking. Can we see a pic of the woman? Does she have bad teeth?

Me

People have been known to do crazy things while they're asleep. Everything from sleep sexing (as has been discussed on Hooksexup comments to no end) to climbing out onto cranes in construction areas. They should do a sleep study to see if this guy's claims are legit. Although I do have to wonder why he doesn't just sleep with clothes on.

How did he get into the secretary's room without a key or the aforementioned secretary's cooperation? And why did she not lock the door after the first incident? Even if you accept the notion of sleep walking, this story seems very unlikely.
