    A website called eCompliments is hosting a contest "designed to encourage the general public to compliment the things they love and appreciate in life." Entrants submit short videos of niceties being exchanged, each tugging for the viewer's heartstrings. Of course, not everyone's making a video to improve the lives of others.

    No, they're after the $10,000 grand prize for best video.
