There are few things that more firmly establish a woman's hotness than getting cast in a Bond movie. Denise Richards? Okay. Denise Richards as Dr. Christmas Jones? Gorgeous. In the past, Bond girls have always been stuck with supporting roles. It seems that might be changing, however; there rumors that the villain of the next Bond film will be a woman, and the criminal mastermind of Quantum, those evil-doers who've been responsible for so much mischief in the previous films.
Cinemablend is reporting that Rachel Weisz is the prime candidate under discussion for Bond 23: Still At It (or whatever the hell they're going to call it), but a few other names have popped up as well, Slumdog Millionaire's Freida Pinto and Olivia Wilde among others.
Now, Weisz is not a bad candidate. She's proven herself in big budget films, and if she needs advice on how to be twisted, she can always ask her husband, Darren Aronofsky. But, if she doesn't get the bit, here are a few recommendations of our own:
Sandra Bullock
If she really wants to prove her Oscar-winning range, let's see her play a British supervillain
Marion Cotillard
We know can sing, we know she can act, but can she be EVIL?
Melanie Laurent
If she can help burn down a theater full of Nazi's, I'm sure she'll give Bond a tough time.
Michelle Pfeiffer
She made a great Catwoman. Plus, she definitely needs a job!
