People are surprised Bigelow would follow up her Oscar-winning film with such light fare, but I got my hands on the script, and let me tell you: it's heavy.
I don't want to leak the whole thing (I would hate to ruin the end), but here's a short excerpt to pique your interest:
INT. — EMPTY ROOM — DAY
JESSICA BIEL sits on a STOOL in the corner. HARSH LIGHT filters in through SLAT BLINDS. She holds her head in her hands.

(Into the camera)
You love your job. You love your friends. You love your man.
JESSICA pauses to brush a strand of hair off her face. She takes a deep breath. She struggles to keep the pain from showing.

But you know what? As you get older... some of the things you
love might not seem so special anymore. And the older you get,
the fewer things you really love. And by the time you get to my
age, maybe it's only one or two things. With me, I think it's one.
JESSICA stands. She approaches the camera. For an instant, her composure breaks and her face crumples into despair. A single tear rolls down her cheek as she steadies herself.

And that's Revlon's new Ultra-Stay Radiant Lipstick! Only Revlon
makes it. Only you make it unforgettable.
FADE TO BLACK.
