NBC's Got Common Sense: Pole Dancing Act Allowed To Compete On Reality Show

The Pole-ite Girls, who take to various subway systems across the country to put on impressive acrobatic strip shows, have been invited to participate in America's Got Talent and compete for the big prize.

According to the Daily News, the Pole-Ite Girls, as they're known, have been invited to compete for $1 million on the NBC reality show. Isis Masoud told the paper, "We are ready to take what we learned in the subway and show the nation something they've never seen before." Her cohort Paula Sanders added, "We are representing New York and we take pride in being edgy and pushing the envelope." [Gothamist]

The girls, who get 90 seconds to do their thing, are being filmed tonight; if you're in NYC and want to stalk them, they'll be at the Hammerstein Ballroom.
