"Girls Gone Wild" creator Joe Francis legally accused of being "a douche"

Joe Francis, tax-evading creator of the Girls Gone Wild empire, has another title to add to the list -- douchebag. "Douche of the Decade," in fact, was the exact phrase used in a lawsuit filed today by publishing company 4th Street Media. The suit aims to stop Francis from blocking the publication of their upcoming book, FLASH! Bars, Boobs, and Busted: 5 Years on the Road with Girls Gone Wild. The book, a tell-all written by Francis’ former employee Ryan Simkin, purportedly contains tales of Francis’ drug-use and rampant misogyny. The lawsuit uses the following endearing language to describe Francis:
"Convicted felon; child molester; jail-baiting pervert; pimp; sick bastard; sleaze-peddler; tax cheat; rapist; sleazehole; the epitome of a true misogynist, coked-out amoral direct marketer; violent thug; juvenile smut-peddler; sexual predator; one of the 50 most loathsome people in America; and the Douche of the Decade."
While the language of the lawsuit is certainly colorful, I’m sure these accusations come as a surprise to no one.

I think that anyone who participated in this scheme for five years and writes a book to profit from the exploits is also a douche.
That's something Joe Francis would say.
