Perhaps Ms. Isaacs was indeed taking Mr. Jobs' advice in following her curiosity and intuition. But she learned an important lesson about corporate upper management: do as they say, not as they do.
The grammatical error in the punctuation day story is a joke, right?

Here we r being told to form an opinion without disclosing full facts. Maybe her question was in someway very annoying or (answer) prone to be used for negative publicity...
Everyone should mind you're colons -- if you're being anal about punctuation.
The little bit of her writing I saw in those letters seemed pretty abrasive...
