Here's some free advice for men trying to meet women online. Although it may seem counterintuitive, don't tell us your favorite book is about a misogynist serial killer.
When surfing the online personals, you will run into a surprising number of (not surprisingly) single men who list American Psycho as their favorite book and/ or movie. Now, men, I don't blame you for not knowing any better, because you are from Mars and women are from Venus. But, when trying to put your best online foot forward, you actually don't want to tell us that you get hot and bothered over the story of a misogynist serial killer. And no, the movie I list as my favorite on my own online profile is not Monster. It's The Trial of Lorena Bobbit.
