Despite these naked photos, Romano is actually pretty special. In Athens in 2004 she won a silver medal in rowing, but now, in 2008 she's won a gold for the weirdly unrelated sport of track cycling. And now, it's time to get nude.

Sad to report that the complete nudity is fake. Rebecca's mother reports that she was wearing undies during the shoot, but that they were Photoshopped out. Way to maintain modesty and restraint. Actually, we're relieved to hear that she had some protection from the seat which looks like it would really, er, hurt.
