A bit confused about Asians hating Gays headline.  The article says that 57% of Asian Americans oppose Prop 8, which means the majority is in favor of gay marriage. (Prop 8 would actually outlaw gay marriage that is currently legal under a California Supreme Court Decision). Are you being ironic here?

People do seem to be confused about which way to vote on this initiative. Yes on 8 is a "no" to gay marriage. The confusion is not helped by some clever bumper stickers I've seen that say "Preserve families. Vote NO on Prop 8". The "No on H8" bumper stickers make it clearer I guess.

That makes me wonder if there more easily confused homophobes than than there are easily confused queer friendly people. I'm hoping it's the former. They don't seem that bright but you never know.
