On Saturday night, the Tropicana Hotel and Casino bid adieu to Les Folies Bergere, its legendary topless revue.
Today, we look back at 50 years of photos from the classic Showgirls-style dinner theater performance, which broke new ground for "tasteful" public nudity...
Beginning on Christmas Day of 1959, the show enjoyed nearly 30,000 performances on the Strip in Las Vegas, Nevada. It closed, some say, because people are more interested in the circus, magic shows, and Cirque del Soleil. The only show left featuring topless showgirls is the Bally's revue "Jubilee!"
