Everybody knows that a big part of working out is casually mentioning that you just totally worked out. At least that's how it is for me (and by the way I just totally worked out). But because I am a child of the '80s, I physically cannot write or say the phrase "get in shape" without adding "girl" on the end of it. Thanks, line of exercise equipment from the 1980s that helpfully reminded young girls not to be fat!
