November 18th to the 24th is National Fuck Awareness Week. Who says? Bass player Mike Watt, who formed the band Spielgusher with members of mi-gu back in 2012. He penned a song in dedication to the irreverent holiday.

What activities does one partake in during National Fuck Awareness Week? On the first night of Fuck Awareness Week, you determine your FQ. That means fuck quotient. As Watt puts it, "You owe it to yourself to be fuck aware." To heighten your level of fuck consciousness, take out a pad and pencil while you listen to the Spielgusher track and jot down your answers to all of the possible fuck scenarios he doles out. Complex questions like who has fucked parties with foreign objects, who has fucked Republicans, and who has fucked seated on a toilet.

For the remaining six days? Put on your finest threads and go out and spread the awareness.
