"ForChan" Brings America NSFW iPhone App

Proving once again that "I develop applications" is the new "I'm in a band," a developer managed to railroad through his $1.19 iPhone browser for smut in under twelve hours...all with full Apple approval.
According to Gizmodo, the unnamed developer has created the first full-frontal nudity application sold by iPhone and "allows you to browse through your favorite smut with ease." So either Apple just wasn't paying very close attention, or has become rather lax on its apps. We'd guess the former rather than the latter: if Steve Jobs was going to allow his software to be used for pornography, he'd be damn sure to be getting at least a cut. And "forChan", an obvious play on the Internet-dregs of 4chan, must have been created by a user who is a) totally depraved and b) knows his way around an operating system or two. After all, 4chan hackers were the people able to get into Sarah Palin's e-mail. So what do you think of the new porn application? A total fluke, or a new trend for 2010?

I mean, I don't know about the iPhone aspect of it, but I think that porn on mobile devices has been a trend for quite some time. Don't all the porn companies now have stuff you can watch on your phone / iPod. Have you never been on the train and seen some dude with his iPod tilted suspiciously downward and a strategically placed notebook on his lap? I think the app just makes it easier....
