We didn't think it was possible, but hostel showers just got scarier. The owner of a New Zealand backpackers' hostel has been sentenced to 150 hours community service plus probation after filming female hostel guests as they showered.
That isn't even the most disturbing part of the tale.
Philip Anderson, 44, filmed women in the shower and on the toilet through a two-way mirror for a year before his conscience got to him, at which time he destroyed his archive. You know, all except for a two-hour highlight reel of 15 women which he would then watch along with a friend.
According to an article on a New Zealand website, "He watched the tape many times with his friend during pornography nights, says police prosecutor Tim Hambleton." Said friend has a history of very serious sex offenses.
We're just wondering (among oh so many other things), what the conversation was like when two degenerates watched the same naked lady reel for the 50th time.
