Juggs "Tops" List of Indestructable Magazines

Posted by Colleen Kane

At the end of a year when magazines folded left and right, Jossip named five indestructable titles, and five more flies you can expect to drop in the next year.

Proving once again the continuing popularity of boobs, particularly the large sort, Jossip does not expect Juggs to fold in 2009.

Their other die hard titles included fogie favorite Parade, Alfred Hitchcock's Mystery Magazine, Cigar Aficionado, and Details. Read why here.

On the doomed list: Maxim (following the falls of its laddy bretheren FHM and Stuff), City (what's City anyway?), The Advocate (basically useless in the Internet age), Glamour (or any other in the glutted field of lady magazines)  Life & Style (or any in the glutted field of celerity gossip rags).

I have a friend who intends to go into magazine design and editing. I really want to tell her that I think the field is dying.
