Mickey is in France, probably trying to work out a deal with Louis Safer (i.e. director Roman Polanski, who has a rumored film in the works), and the groupies are following his every move. Thank God Gawker found this photo of a young, randy, savage fan flashing The Wrestler star and-- bonus-- catching the classic grin on Rourke's surprised face...
