The ever-adorable Dr. Ruth was on Today this morning to promote her newest book, "Top 10 Secrets for Great Sex." And for those of you not having sex, she has a few tips for you this Valentine's Day. The first is, of course, "read the book." The second?

"Go out and buy an ice cream cone. And practice on it."
