Machine Gun Kelly, a rapper from Cleveland who was recently signed to P. Diddy's Bad Boy Records, was arrested at the SouthPark Mall in Strongsville, Ohio, for inciting a flash mob with this tweet:

So as you can probably tell, this was not the most organized or complex flash mob ever to hit a Panda Express, since "RAGE" doesn't call to mind the nuanced choreography one associates with, say, Salt-n-Pepa's "Push It" or whatever the kids are flash mobbing to these days. But let's just cut to the good part — what did this felonious raging look like?

Strongsville police say the group gathered Saturday, and mall management asked three people standing on a table near a second-floor railing to step down. Kelly was among the three. When they refused, police were called.

Police say they're no longer in custody. Kelly tweeted later that "today was a statement."

Um, it's a statement all right, MGK. Just probably not the one you intended. Kelly was charged with disorderly conduct — really? There are high-school improv groups that could be more disorderly than that — and is probably brainstorming some ways to increase his Twitter following just a smidge before his next stunt.

I thought Gene Kelly had died many years ago. Anyway, it's good to see that he's up and about. It's amazing that he can still dance, even though "Singin' in the Rain" was so many years ago.

@Randy

I agree but it's too bad he's a rapper now.

I'm raging at the mall, just raging at the mall
With thugs and with homies, I feel 10 feet tall
I walk past the stores, with nothing to prove
The flash mob is here, and it's ready to move
Let the music begin, everyone can join in
Down here at the mall, if you're fat or you're thin
I walk down the hall, and I don't feel small
Just raging, raging at the mall
