Watch: A preview for the third season of "Parks & Recreation"

January is here, and that means that finally — finally — Parks & Recreation will be returning for its third season, truncated partially by Amy Poehler's pregnancy and partially by the so-bad-I-can't-believe-it's-on-TV Outsourced. (Seriously, that show is terrible. Read this if you don't believe me.) It's a shame that the show was really starting to hit its stride and now has to contend with a shortened season, but hopefully the addition of Rob Lowe and Adam Scott will help draw in some new viewers.
