Watch: Tina Fey is a stone-cold bitch at the Mark Twain Prize ceremony

Tina Fey accepted the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor (as it's very different from British or Lithuanian humor, obviously) this weekend, and predictably her acceptance speech was hilarious. You can watch the whole thing here at PBS, but AOL has a compilation of highlights, including Fey's thoughts on being a pioneering woman, why she isn't going to cry, and why Sarah Palin's insanity is one of the best things that's ever happened to her:
