4chan planning to trick single guys into involuntary flashmob

As if online dating wasn't already hard enough, a gang of online pranksters is here to make it completely humiliating. The classy ladies and gents of 4chan (as well as Reddit's 4chan forum) are tricking single men into forming an involuntary flashmob. 

As a warning to any New York-based dudes with online-dating profiles, here's how the ruse is going down:

While the stunt is, admittedly, a bit funny in that Ghost World kind of way, we have to point out that it's not very original — as longtime Hooksexup readers know, some pioneering girl on OkCupid already pulled the same prank at a Brooklyn bar. Unless, of course, that was also a 4chan stunt.
