David Mamet took a break from shouting about art from the sides of LA County highways to sit down with Danny DeVito. In this Funny or Die clip, DeVito (ironically, but not quite hilariously) gives Mamet a good talking-to on Hamlet and the nature of sequels.
Generally, I dig Danny DeVito's whole oeuvre (yes, he has an oeuvre). But when his humor runs a little crude, that to my mind is the best DeVito. Of course, when David Mamet wants mock snooty discourse, you mock snooty discourse. I'm still surprised that David Mamet agreed to do this (and that he makes his voice sound like that).
