This is quite an unusual move for the esteemed Condé Nast publication. Cigarette smoking, morning drinking, moustaches, sideways ballcaps, and nudity are just a sampling of what Jason Schwartzman delivers in this new ad for the The New Yorker's iPad app.
The two-minute long video was directed by Roman Coppola and is, honestly, pretty entertaining:
Now it's only a matter of time until The Economist gets Adrien Brody to star in their ironic commercial.
