So we hunkered down to watch SNL this weekend to see how the first post-election opening sketch measured up to the inspired genius of some of the election coverage. Turns out it was the James Franco re-run, but it still reinforced our belief that Remote Bryan was so right. It's hard to compete with the immortal genius of Tina Fey. A couple things about Saturday's re-run: first of all, the opening sketch was a let down. Second, James Franco couldn't have been less funny -- we feel pretty strongly that he's not cut out for live comedy. Even the Gossip Girl bit fell flat. At least, that was our opinion.
