Dov Charney , CEO of American Apparel.

It's been a bad month for American Apparel CEO Dov Charney, who's being slapped with another sexual-harassment suit from a former employee. After getting sued for a quarter-billion dollars by a teenaged girl who says she was forced to do sex stuff with him, the (allegedly!) rapey clothier now has to face off in court against Kimbra Lo. Lo is a former sales associate who says, in The Cut's words, "Charney tried to force her to have sex with him when she went to his house seven months after she quit to talk to him about getting some photography and modeling work."

This is what happened when she went to his house, as per the New York Times:

Ms. Lo claimed that Mr. Charney, wrapped in a towel, invited her to his bedroom to talk about a job. Once there, she said he undressed her and tried to have sex. Ms. Lo said she sought to resist but was afraid, and that he tried to take photographs.

Mr. Charney has said he often holds meetings in his bedroom. In a 2010 American Apparel ad, he was depicted in bed alongside two female employees. Employees regularly stay at his home in the Silver Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles when they are in town on business. And Mr. Charney has spoken openly about having sexual relationships with some of his workers.

Charney's lawers are, of course, vigorously contesting the claims, calling Lo's lawsuit "contrived." So is Charney really the worst boss in the world, or is his reputation being exploited by young opportunists? The courts will decide in time, but until then, you can decide in the comments.

"Ms. Lo said she sought to resist but was afraid, and that he tried to take photographs." Give me a break. She's too afraid to walk out of that wimpy guy's house yet she has the balls to take this story public? She probably slept with him thinking it would advance her career, when it didn't she decided to take this route.

Spoken truly like someone who hasn't spent most of his life under the shadow of threat.
