Student loses her college scholarship after appearing in internet porn movie

Elizabeth Hawkenson ASU porn

Elizabeth Hawkenson is either great at self-promotion or really did lose a $32,000 scholarship to Arizona State University after appearing in Backroom Casting Couch porno. A document expressing outrage at Hawkenson's "public conduct" has surfaced backing up news reports that the Geography major and student worker is in deep trouble after a realistic and somewhat "degrading" (the letter's words) video in which she is duped into taking off her clothes, giving a blow job and having sex with a porn casting director who promises not to release her video.

Hawkenson was found out, it seems, after a fellow student "recognized" an ASU student ID in one shot of the actress providing it as proof of age. According to Fleshbot, the anonymous student then traced it all the way back to Hawkenson by looking at photos of her in the ASU directory. Of course, the student who was looking at the porn faces no disciplinary action.

Here's letter from the slimeball who ratted her out:

RE: Elizabeth A. Hawkenson (Copperas Cove, Texas), 2010 ASU Freshman Class

Distinguished Regents,

I am writing to express my shock and horror at the public conduct of a member of Arizona State University's 2010 freshman class, Elizabeth A. Hawkenson of Copperas Cove, Texas. This person recently appeared in an internet video in which she identified herself by name, showed her ASU student ID card, then proceeded to engage in explicit and degrading sexual activities with a stranger. She was paid for the act and signed a waiver allowing the video to be posted on the internet.

As an ASU alumnus, I object to Ms. Hawkenson's choice to identify herself as an ASU student in a pornographic video that is available to the general public. I feel that which clearly violates the ASU Student Code of Conduct.

On behalf of my fellow ASU alumni, I demand that Ms. Hawkenson's $32,000 New American Scholar Award be revoked immediately. A young woman who brings shame on her university in such a public and degrading way does not deserve the financial support of that university.

Yours Sincerely,

Anonymous ASU Alumnus

How did the "anonymous alumnus" know a) Hawkenson was from Copperas Cove, Texas and b) how did the student know the exact amount of the scholarship and where it came from? It's either a hoax... or an ex-boyfriend.

Since you're going to ask, the video is available online... probably only one part of PornHub's marketing plan for it.

hometown would be in the student directory. state university scholarship amounts are publicly disclosed. apparently she got kicked out of ASU. alt theory that she is an addict.

I'm not sure she's quite up to the task, but for sure a personal interview would convince me one way or the other.

too bad she lost her scholarship for something like this, considering that recent "fuck" term paper what went around the net. So had she not shown an ASU id, would she still have been dismissed?

side note, I like how the guy who wrote the letter said "shock and horror"..kind of an odd wording from someone spending their time watching casting couch exploit vids, eh?

I think the "anonymous student" is really Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

If you identify someone in such a video for the express purpose of doing them harm (i.e. revocation of the scholarship, etc.) should you really have the right to sign the letter anonymously? Seems kinda chintzy to me...

This woman is absolutely gorgeous. I'd suck farts out of her ass just to get my face close to her naked body.

I'm in love. commented on Oct 07 10 at 12:03 am

Honestly, I am so fucking glad to have left the U.S. for Europe. That country is becoming increasingly conservative. At least here I can watch that video while at work and not fear losing my job. Excuse me while I wank.

I don't she would have lost her scholarship for merely being in a porn movie. The problem is that she identified the university she attend. If the university does not want to be associated with the porn industry then it is within their rights to revoke it. I attended college with a full scholarship, when you receive it you sign a contract with the university. There are many provisions and how you behave in public (with university affiliation) is one of many.

the anonymous ASU alumni is a super douche. clearly trolling for porn, then acting sanctimonious upon the discovery. unfortunately the girl involved showed poor judgment as well. and how about her boyfriend for talking her into it. there is all kinds of deceit out there people, plus disease. please think carefully before selling your body off.

FYI--the University did nothing. The letter is a fake. The woman is real. She was told that the vid would only be available behind a paywall. It hit the free sites and went viral, in part because someone faked the scholarship story. Six weeks into her freshman year, the whole campus is aware of this. I really feel for her. While she bears greater responsibility for what happened, and Tyler Clementi bears none for what happened to him, the emotions that she is feeling cannot be far from those that led him to jump off a bridge last week.

I quite enjoyed the video. I don't see why there is a probelm. Elizabeth is a beautiful woman. Practice safe sex next time though.

Doesn't this whole story seem fishy?

Bo commented on Oct 07 10 at 6:45 pm

What about the group of ASU students that appeared in Playboy this month? They posed with ASU branded items and talked about their majors while showing off their brazilians. If the letter is really fake, good. Because this is ridiculous.
