No kidding, in last night's episode of America's Next Top Model, the number of times we heard some variant of the sentence "Europeans can't show their emotions" is nearly impossible to calculate. Seriously, even Paulina Porizkova brought it up. Is this a thing? If you hail from a European country, you're a cold, dispassionate stoic?
Our favorite was when, in response to Elina and Marjorie's constant yammering about their emotionless European childhoods, Sam (who, admittedly, we can't stand either) goes, "But didn't you move to the States when you were like ten? Haven't you had like fifteen years to get used to the American emotions?" Ha. American emotions. We don't know what that means.
